Why choose our shredders?
For a complete ecosystem for recycling plastic, we teamed up with Hellweg Maschinenbau from Aachen some time ago to build on their many years of experience. Together, we have combined everything needed for a smaller workspace or laboratory in the QiTech Shredder .
For customers looking for a larger and more powerful shredder, we have also added our Pro Shredder to the cooperation.

All plastics can be granulated with the Mini Shredder , however the material properties influence the wear of the grinder (e.g. abrasive materials → high wear).

With our mini Shredder you can process 3D print waste and small plastic parts into granulate. Our shredder ensures uniform plastic granulate with high precision.
This uniformity is particularly important for further processing (e.g. with a recycled filament). Extruder to recycled filament).

Rotor
Blades double and replaceable.
The blades of the shredder are made from a single piece of steel, which is why there is no imbalance or weld seams. These can be replaced when worn.

Emergency stop and safety
The QiTech Shredder is CE-certified and has an emergency stop switch that stops the motor immediately. Thanks to a special funnel, it is also not possible to slide your hands up to the blades.
Material Box
The shredded material is collected in a Steel box and can then be conveniently removed without any mess.
Replaceable Sieve
A stainless steel sieve is mounted directly under the blades, guaranteeing that only granules of the right size enter the material box. The sieve can be easily exchanged and other sizes can be mounted. We offer sieves in all sizes.
Motor and Flywheel
Our mini Shredder is driven by a powerful 1.1 kW motor that is coupled to a massive flywheel with a V-belt. The flywheel enables an enormous build-up of force to smash even solid plastic parts.
In order to provide you with the longest and most uncomplicated use of our products, we can send all STL files of the 3D printed parts or ship spare parts upon request.

The QiTech Pro Shredder is the big brother of our mini Shredder. With an increased working width of 150x200mm, even larger plastic parts can be shredded into high-quality granulate. Our shredder ensures uniform pellets with high precision.
This uniformity is particularly important for further processing (e.g. with a Extruder).
Perfectly suited to your use
When purchasing, you can decide whether you want the QiTech Pro shredder with or without a frame.
Without a frame, the shredder is somewhat more compact and the shredded material can be transported away with an extraction system, which we supply as an option.
With a frame, however, the granulate falls directly into a replaceable container and therefore no extraction system is required. However, this can still be connected to the equipped suction lance if required.

Special sieve
A stainless steel sieve is mounted directly under the blades, which guarantees that only granules of the appropriate size enter the material box. The sieve can be easily exchanged and e.g. other sieve sizes can be used (for more information see our video linked below to Pro-Shredder).
All sieve sizes are available from us (Ø 3-30 mm).
The special feature of our sieve are the 45° holes. This guarantees that no elongated fibers get through the sieve and the result is completely uniform granules.
