What sets our pelletizer apart?
Our shredder is just the thing for large misprints, housing parts, or bottle caps.
However, things get tricky with thin B-grade filament: The long strands don’t really work well with the screen’s geometry—the result is uneven and causes Extruder in Extruder . The pelletizer, on the other hand, cuts the strand cleanly instead of chopping it up. The result: uniform pellets that Extruder feed through the Extruder better.

No manual unwinding, no pre-cutting. The pelletizer spool the filament directly from the spool —even from 5-kg spools, and even larger ones depending on the setup. In the standard configuration, it can process up to 4 strands simultaneously, and it handles slightly thicker filaments up to about 4 mm, as well as CF- or GF-reinforced materials, with ease.
Via EtherCAT, the pelletizer is connected directly to the production line and appears as a separate machine in our control system. The speed can be adjusted continuously and synchronized with the rest of the production line. This is convenient when the pelletizer is to run directly behind the winding machine or as part of an existing production line.

By default, we supply the pelletizer as a compact upper frame that docks directly behind existing equipment—for example, behind the winding machine. If you need it to be positioned flexibly within the room, we build it as a stand-alone version with a base frame. The gear ratio can also be adjusted: more power or more speed, depending on what your process requires.
And if that’s still not enough—different frames, additional safety logic, interfaces to third-party systems, or integration into your existing line—just let us know what you have in mind. We’ll see what we can do.

Changing materials shouldn't be a test of patience. The cutting unit is easily accessible, and the components are designed so that cleaning and visual inspections can be completed in just a few minutes.
