This is how the visor manufacturing process works:
1. Shred plastic waste
2. melt plastic snippets into hot strands.
3. Fill the injection molding machine with the hot strands
4. Press liquid plastic into the mold
5. Rework bracket (recycle logo on it, clip foil and rubber band to it)
And another visor is ready.
