Johanna Apel (RND) interviewed Milan on the topic of "Generation Z's willingness to work".

As the QiTech team, we are also experiencing first-hand how Generation Z has to contend with prejudices. "Too lazy, too demanding, too snivelling, too woke" - we know these stereotypes well enough.

But we also know that our generation has more to offer than many people think. In the article, Milan complains that many people simply lump the whole generation together. Yet he is a founder himself and works around 60 hours pro week alongside his studies. And he knows others who do the same.

"There are also a lot of people in my generation who want to make a difference"

- Milan von dem Bussche

This also supports, for example, the rising employment rate of 20 to 24-year-olds mentioned in the article.

But we also know that not everyone wants to work 60 hours a week. Nevertheless, we are happy when we can inspire and support other founders. That's why we worked together with YFN on a crash course in which we help other founders with the bureaucratic jungle in Germany in short clips and a detailed website.
